Custom Screen Printing Guidelines
- Have an idea? I offer graphic design services starting as low as $50.
- Production Schedule: Usually 7-14 working days upon Art Approval. Rush jobs available on select jobs*
- Art approval must be completed prior to getting job is added to the production schedule.
- Most jobs require an artwork setup to prep the work for screen printing. The fee is based on time required to prep artwork. Basic artwork that takes less than 30 minutes is included. If extra time is required $65 per hour on setup will be charged.
- Screen Set-Up Fees $35.00 per color(screen). This is seperate from all other printing fees.
- Print Color Changes are $15 per color per screen.
- All payment arrangements must be finalized before entering the production schedule.

- Jackalope is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit but will do our best to fix the problem whenever possible.
- Print quality files are required for every order, when available. I require .AI or .EPS files that are not bitmap embedded images. If you are supplying a Raster image format, it should be saved as .TIFF or .PSD for (one color) or a .PSD document w/ layers for multi-color images whenever possible. All raster images must be set to size needed for printing at 300 dpi. Please remember to convert all text to outlines when submitting vector files. All art files submitted may require additional art charges upon review, at a rate of: $65.00 per hour over 30 minutes of work or i will send a custom quote for more specific art.
- PANTONE MATCHING IS NOT EXACT, I WILL ATTEMPT MATCH WITHIN 90% ON REPEAT ORDERS. NO GUARANTEE ON EXACT MATCH OF PREVIOUS RE-ORDER JOBS. We custom mix each batch of Pantone inks by weight and colors will slightly vary between each mix.
Additional Charges (Per Piece, Per Location)
- +$3 for Colored/Black Shirts (Due to the nature of printing on dark shirts ink has to be applied in multiple layers in order to get a bright final product)
- +$3 Screen Printed Tags (on specific products)
- Extra size fee for 2xl and larger items

Rush Orders
- Rush Charges of 25% of total Invoice (7 business days)
- Rush Charges of 50% of total Invoice (5 business days)
